The core of your body includes your abs, low back, inner and outer thights, glutes, hamstrings, and quads. We also combine simple yoga poses as stretching exercises. This class is for beginners all the way to advanced ability in pilates. As a personal trainer and pilates instructor I make sure that there are several modifications just in case you need to bring it up or down a level.
